New Capabilities and Business Opportunities for Members

SLA and Janio Asia co-organized a webinar on 30 November 2020 as part of the Association’s efforts to support member companies in developing new capabilities and identifying business opportunities. Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Janio Asia, Mr Syed Ali Ridha Madihid shared how conventional logistics and freight forwarding providers can play a role in eCommerce supply chain ecosystems within Singapore and across ASEAN. Through his insightful presentation, Mr Syed Ali demonstrated how SLA members can capitalize on modular services in different countries to complement their own existing capabilities. A total of 18 member companies participated in the webinar and engaged the speaker in questions ranging from customer retention strategies, product liability and possible collaboration models.
