Preparing our Workforce and Process for Industry 4.0

SLA, together with Singapore Transport Association (STA) co-organized a seminar entitled “Together We Can Go Further: Preparing our Workforce and Process for Industry 4.0” on 05 February 2020. About 90 member-representatives of both associations came to hear how companies have tapped on programs and resources offered by SLA and various partners that include Enterprise Singapore, McKinsey & Co, Ernst & Young, Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre and SIMTech to enhance their hiring and operational processes.

Several presentations were specially curated for members to gain valuable insights and develop manpower strategies and operational roadmaps to stay ahead of the transformation in supply chains, brought about by Industry 4.0.
