The restructured HCDC aimed to co-create with and leverage on capability-building ecosystem to develop competencies, in line with the SkillsFuture Framework and to prepare for future jobs of the workforce. The Committee is an advisory to The Logistics Academy to offer quality training that meets international standards, secure recognition and accreditation from relevant authorities, as well as promote initiatives on talent attraction and retention.
