The Association, together with several member companies held dialogues with URA and the Association of Strata Managers on 17 September 2020 to discuss the current challenges and address areas to allow seamless delivery to condominiums. Engagements with relevant government agencies will continue to review the planning requirements for delivery bays and storage space within the estates as well as a review of the existing standards and guidelines for e-commerce transaction to incorporate the requirements of contactless delivery.
